ROSSVILLE Kenneth Lloyd Gervais, 75, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, March 9, 2013. He had lived in the Chattanooga and North Georgia areas for most of his life and attended the Chattanooga Valley Church of the Nazarene. He was an Air Force Veteran having served during the Korean Conflict and was the Owner and Operator of K & K Construction for many years and was well known throughout the Chattanooga area. He was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather who will be greatly missed by all that knew him. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alfred and Clair Gervais; children, Antonette, Cathy and Jennifer Gervais and brothers, Larry, Bill and Walter Gervais.Survivors include his loving wife, Faye Shires Gervais, of Rossville, Ga.; children and spouses, Yvette Gervais, of Chattanooga, Tenn., Rhonda and (Mark) Jacobson, of Marietta, Ga., Donna Raines, of East Ridge, Tenn., Steve and (Tracy) Raines, of Chickamauga, Ga., Darrell and (Teresa) Akins, of Section, Ala., and Gayla and (Kelly) Williams, of Ringgold, Ga.; brothers and sister-in-law, Norm and (Betty Jo) Gervais, of Spokane, Wash., and Ron Gervais, of San Diego, Calif.; sister, Janet Avans, of Kalispell, Mont.; several grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.Memorial services will be held at 4 p.m. Tuesday, March 12, in the Chattanooga Valley Church of the Nazarene with the Rev. Jon Bemis officiating. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends from 4-9 p.m. today at the funeral home. There will be no visitation at the funeral home on Tuesday.Arrangements by W.
