Patricia Margaret Howard, 88, passed away Wednesday morning, May 22, 2013, at her home.She was the daughter of Vernon and Gertrude Fuller Weidman. A long time resident of Chattanooga she served in the United States Marine Corps during World War II. For many years she worked at Gilman Paint Co. and General Appliance Co. and retired as secretary at the Edwin Howard Architect firm.She is survived by her husband, Edwin E. Howard of 66 years; son, Vernon Howard and wife, Yukie, of Jacksonville, Fla.; daughter, Marlene Howard-Miller, of Marietta, Ga.; four grandchildren, twin girls, Jessica and Jennifer Miller and twin boys, Kris and Kevin Howard; and great-grandson, Alexander Howard; three sisters, Marylyn Miller, of Atlanta, Dolores Widmer, of Alaska and Diane Mason, of Chicago, Ill.; and several nieces and nephews.Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.Funeral services will be held on 10 a.m. Saturday, May 25, 2013 at the funeral home with Rev.
