ROSSVILLE LeBron McBryar, 83, departed this life Thursday, Oct. 10, 2013. He was born in Dade County, Ga., to the late Lack and Carri McBryar. LeBron worked for Vulcan Materials where he drove a concrete truck for 37 years and he was of the Baptist Faith.LeBron was also preceded in death by his wife, Imogene McBryar; son, Darryl McBryar; daughter, Sharon McBryar; great-grandson, Dakota Avans; and brothers, Roy, J.C., and Bay McBryar.Survivors include is his children, Kathy Sumner, of Rossville, Jill (Francisco) Morales, of Athens, Tenn., David McBryar, of Chickamauga, Terry McBryar, of Rossville, Michael McBryar, of East Ridge; brothers, LaVene McBryar, Rayburn McBryar both of Sand Mountain; 15 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 14, in the chapel with Pastor Rick Sumner officiating.Family will receive friends after 4 p.m. today, all day Sunday, and prior to the service Monday at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Hawkins Cemetery on Lookout Mountain.Arrangements are by W.L. Wilson & Sons Funeral Home-Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia.
