Dustin James McCord, 22, was charged with aggravated child abuse after what police termed was an incident of shaken baby syndrome.
A release from the police department said they had been contacted by staff at Erlanger hospital who said “a 5-month-old baby had been brought in suffering from a seizure and exhibiting past and present shaken-baby symptoms.”
