Beginning March 26, the Museum Center at Five Points in Cleveland, Tenn., will host “Colors of Spring.” The juried exhibition is composed of 38 paintings by 31 members of the Tennessee Watercolor Society who live in the Chattanooga/Cleveland area, which is designated as Region III.
