Brother Bear gives Bill Chapman a kiss while sitting on his bed in the two room tent he has constructed at his property on Archer Lane in Cleveland on Thursday. Chapman has been living in various tents on the property since the April storms and is trying to repair the trusses of his house himself because his insurance company refuses to pay for it.
