USS Enterprise alumnus Jimmy Gonzales struggles to hold back tears during a ceremony to honor those who were killed in the Jan. 14, 1969 fire, on the ships flight deck at Naval Station Norfolk, Va. on Friday, Nov. 30, 2012, Gonzales, who lives near Dallas, set foot on The Big E for the first time since he was an 18 year-old Seaman Apprentice who helped care for the wounded and dying.
