Protesters participate in a tea party rally in Nashville on Wednesday to oppose Tennessee creating a state-run insurance exchange under the federal health care law. Republican Gov. Bill Haslam has said he wants to have a more complete understanding of the costs to the states of a state-run marketplace compared with one run by the federal government.
