Lynda Minks Hood, executive director of the Chattanooga Bar Association, gives Lila Statom her new robe after Statom was sworn in as the new General Sessions judge in Judge Clarence Shattuck courtroom at the Hamilton County courts building early Monday morning. Statom replaces Ron Durby, who stepped aside for health reasons.
