Cleveland police and firemen block eastbound Stuart Road traffic at the bridge overlooking the Norfolk Southern Railway line. Under the bridge, fire crews worked on a brush fire along Norfolk Southern rail lines. A limited number of brush fires, attributed to train wheel sparks by the Cleveland Fire Department, occurred along a mile or two of the train track.
