Crave Café & Bakery, Chattanooga's first exclusively gluten-free restaurant, will open in Warehouse Row in early 2013. The cafe and bakery is the first brick-and-mortar location for executive chef Karen Wilson, whose Crave Catering has been serving up gluten-free creations since 2010.
