Virginia based artist Charlie Brouwer talks to the media Monday afternoon about a project he has been brought in to do with the Glass House Collective and Public Art Chattanooga titled Rise Up Chattanooga. Glass House Collective is a group working toward the revitalization of Glass Street in Chattanooga. This is one of the plans to bring more visitors to Glass Street.The collective is accepting any sort of ladder as a donation for the sculpture which will be built Feb. 16-23.
