Chattanooga Police work the scene of a shooting on the sidewalk in front of 1813 Citico Avenue Thursday morning. A 21-year-old black male was shot multiple times by a passenger in a black sedan. He was taken to a local hospital with what police believe to be non-life-threatening injuries.
