Contributed Photo Barbara Strickland's old home, a modest three-bedroom house in Ooltewah, was torn down and replaced with a three-bedroom double-wide trailer. Health problems left Mrs. Strickland unable to do upkeep or clean the property. A leaky roof, regular flooding and poor repairs and additions made the home unsafe.
