So First Tennessee, Suntrust, and other banks backed off debit card fees. Don't worry. They'll find another way to get your money. Even if ATMs are less convenient, I'm still moving my money to a credit union.

First Tennessee now charges a $6 month checking account fee and have for some time now. I was exempt, at first, because i had been banking with them for so long but I noticed the charge on my last statement so they are history for me! Found a nice little credit union with no fees and better interest rates. Good bye FTT, you and your fees can KMA!
