Why are our Republican Governor and our two Republican TN Senators upset because there might be some TN consumers are not paying their "fair Share" of sales taxes when buying goods off of the Internet and are wanting to pass laws to force buyers from Amazon to pay taxes, cutting out the loop holes? Yet, the Republicans do not want to take many of the "loop holes" of the large corporations that does not pay their "fare share" of taxes to fill the void of the left by the loss of the middle class tax base or increase the taxes of the people making over a million dollars.
We have problems of having enough people working, making enough money for spending and paying the sales taxes. That also goes for the National level monies coming in. Who are the people making more money to pay their "fair share" of taxes, filling the void left, while the middle class workers are decreasing, forcing more people into poverty? If the proper balance of jobs, and taxpayers are not restored then what has to occur to prevent another great depression?
Choices have to be made by the voters as to what direction they want this Republic taken. Will it be back to the "pre-FDR's" New Deal and the Republicans do not make any secret that is what they want to do.
This is the worst company in Chattanooga to work for. Yhey make the employees walk, correction, sprint 15-20 miles a night. They are more concerned about making production than the safety and wellfare of the employees. They mislead people to think that they are going to have a permanent job and then they lay you off for no reason. Thanks to this job I am permanently disabled. I would never in a million years go back there and work. No amount of money is worth the damage that it does to your body. They are very uncaring and unorganized. So many people left their permanent jobs with the intention of getting hired full time but they laid off 1900 people. My advice, think long and hard before you think of working there.
