You gotta be kidding.

How about giving those with a 3.75 and higher GPA some cash for living expenses? THOSE are the guys who will give us a return for our tax money.

Lets stop with the bread and circuses in our society and start producing something for a change.

College Scholarship athletes are barred from working part time while in school. They often come from poor families who cannot send them spending money. they generate tons of cash for the school. They should have a little walking around money. It should be limited and should be the same for all divisions.
