Since we know WHERE these criminals are dumping the tires, why don't we set up surveillance and get their tag numbers and despcriptions, then go and arrest them. They are DISGUSTING!

Motion activated cameras are not that expensive. The fine from one violation would pay for the camera and set up . Each future violator could fund a new camera. That would make more sense than traffic cameras in vans at $50 a pop.
