I retired from TVA but wonder why any organization should give ALL employees a bonus. If an individual performs exceptionally, promote him/her. Across the board bonuses promote mediocrity.
I'm just guessing, but I would guess that not all of them deserve bonuses.

From earlier posts about TVA I would guess tipper works for TVA? I think the bonuses are inflated and not everyone deserves one.
