I have few items I would like to bring out. At any time did anyone from SMHS approach this young man and may suggestions on how they could get him into SMHS. What was the main reason for moving from Ga. to TN.? It has been suggested that they moved in to the same residents as one of the players on last year’s team. If so, does that make that player ineligible and those wins be stripped also. TSSAA was put in place to govern over HS and MHS sports; SMHS is trying to read something into to rules to benefit themselves.

Shame on you for having SM in your username making assumptions like that. TSSAA is the governing body and should listen to an appeal with an unbiased mind - unlike you. It seems you have already made your opinion based on your own assumptions. Make sure you let everyone know your biased opinions if every asked to serve on a jury - they will let you go in a hot minute. Did your little one get splinters riding the bench? It's the only ASSUMPTION that I can conclude after reading your comment and seeing your username. Everyone else on SM is supporting our boys through this - whatever the outcome. If you ever walked into and spent ANY time in that school, you would know better and support the school and administration. I know they have over 50 Howard and 50 LV kids take the NCLB ride to come to this school. And they found one paperwork mistake - 99% is still an A+ at this school! So, stop trying to tear us down or change your username - you are not a SM fan!

Tim McClendon is innocent lets all agree to that, SM did fill out the paperwork incorrectly we all agree to that, here is what everyone does not know, Tim was going to live with a coach who was going to be his guardian during the time the paperwork was being completed, I do not know why he did not stay on the mountain but Signal should have at least let governing authorities know of this change, I believe this is the issue
