I drink about 1 soda a month, and then only if I'm desperate for a liquid jolt of sugar and caffeine. And, I don't ever drink the diet stuff, because I'm not convinced it's healthy. If I'm going to indulge, I want the real deal. Otherwise, I go for water, sparkling water, or half-sweet tea with lemon.
I'm afraid I do drink too many sodas, even if they are sugar-free and mostly caffeine-free. Have noticed a deterioration on my teeth from the acid.
