Here's a tasty nugget. Did you know that there are about a dozen home owners along Chester Frost Park who have managed to keep park visitors away from the portion of County land between their homes and the waterfront? It has been gated off and turned into their own tax-free oasis complete with boat parking, seating area's and sidewalks.
