Ever check the odds against winning ANYTHING? It is written right there on the back of each ticket. The BEST I have seen is just under 1:3, That means for every $100 you spend, you win back $30...and that's on the cheapest, highest-winning scratch-offs. The odds of winning anything above $10 is ridiculous.
