Bill Kile started out in the used car business before he saw opportunity to have a new car franchise. For 20 years, he worked as a used car dealer. At one time he was also a part owner of a Chevy store in Athens, Tenn. Then he decided to buy Calloway Chrysler Plymouth Dodge in 1979 and that was the start of Kile Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. He now works with his son Dale Kile, granddaughter Stacie Guffey and brother David Kile.

Kile said his favorite part of the business is interacting with people from the community and providing quality vehicles to customers. He said the friendly, laid-back hometown atmosphere has been successful thanks to low-pressure sales and low overhead.

When he is not working, Mr. Kile enjoys spending time with his family and especially his three great grandchildren.
