Hamilton County Mayor Democratic candidate Richard “Rick” Wilson is running television ads in the lead up to the Aug. 2 election.

Hamilton County Mayor Jim Coppinger is now appearing solo on the airwaves and cable in his first-ever campaign ads.

The first Democrat took steps Monday to enter the 2012 race for Hamilton County mayor.
