The city has lied to the firefighters and police officers for years. They don't even pay them what the city's own pay plan says that they will pay.
I wish they would boycott Riverbend and put some hurt on the city.

I notice that he didn't mention that there is also a substantial fee (big bucks) that must be paid to get accredited in addition to the salary of the employee who will be assigned to this full time. Who cares, right? It is just more tax money.

The city just won't rest until they get their grubby hands on that pension money. Think of all the wasteful projects they can spend it on!

Follow the law Mr Beck. We don't need any more politicians who think that the law is for other people to follow but not themselves. After the last lawbreaking sheriff, you should understand why this is a big issue.
