Stimulus money is extra and it seems people get used to receiving it. With the way the economy is and so many people out of jobs I think it is terrible that UT is raising tuition again. Tighten your belt and make some cuts instead. Raise prices on sporting events and other extracurricular activities. Teach the students that in tough times you have to make tough decisions.. not just pass the buck.
This is a ridiculous proposed increase. To many people are having a rough time making ends meet as it is with unemployment and the current economy. Need more money for the city, start enforcing traffic laws and ticket the crazy drivers around this city.
