Don Williams was a loving and dedicated husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He was known by people across the country as a man who selflessly went out of his way to care for others. Given the chance, Don would have done whatever he could to help a person in need, including Dustin Levi. Tragically, Don's life was cut short by a ridiculous act of cowardess. I was proud to call him my friend, and will always miss him.
Dustin Levi has had his chance to fit into society and lead a productive life, but has not chosen to do so. As a citizen of Hamilton County, I encourage the District Attorney to prosecute this case aggressively and request that the penalty for this crime be the maximum allowed by law. Anyone who, through such a selfish action, takes an innocent life should be stripped of his freedom for a long, long time.
