Isn't it "Apple" that is able to buy America on e-bay?

Cantor claims the Bill that Obama presented to congress will give Obama a blank check to do with the money what he wants.

The Truth Meter at Politifact used by the Richomond Times Dispatch calls him a liar!

Obama has to pay all past debts and will not be able to create new ones with the money. See Article 14 of the Constitution!

If Obama is forced to use the 14th Amendment, you might be interested in an annotated copy of the document. It gives several examples of how it was tried to slip through the cracks in the past.

As I remember from my 86 year old vantage point, you can't ring a Klaxon...It's a horn installed on cars in the early 1900s if not earlier. I don't know when it went away.

I find the posts on today's cartoon have mostly vented what I'd like to say, so I will only add...I don't give a d..n durn, except for the pedophiles and abusers of wives, husbands, and children!

And, by the way, I was reared very conservatively, and even the sight of male or female of any race, color or creed makes me curious. That doesn't include kissing "hello" or "goodby"

I remember eating in a restaurant and seeing two teenagers going far beyond a kiss and engaging in manipulative behaviour. WAAAAAY out of line!!!!!

It was either BRP or the SeaMonkey that mentioned in the last cartoon that it was their job to spout out the inanities about Obama and the Democrats, (neg.) AND Republicans,(pos.)

Either one or both?

It could be both!

Are you working on Commision?

If so, from the amount and quality of the stuff you are handing out you must be earning loads of money.

Are you being taxed for it, or is it somehow hidden?

Just wondered!

Purple, You certainly misunderstood my post. I will illucidate...

Although we put people in a designated certain race,YOU cannot perceive the individual, only the race as a whole slew of people you have to be very careful of.

In my 86 years, I have found that individual different people from different races are as different from one another as you and I.

That is a simple concept. I am not talking about police or firemen or political leaders. I am talking about individuals, no matter their race, creed, political beliefs, wealthy or poor.

It so happened, my granddaughter went to Egypt not to long ago and had a wonderful time with her friends.

I have a family nearby from Egypt. They are Muslim Americans. They run a business and I would much rather have them a closer neighbor than some of the riff-raff I've had to deal with as neighbors in the past.

By the way, they have a religious code almost exactly the same as our Ten Commandments, and as I remember, in the same order.

Oh, well! Perhaps you'll grow up and learn.

I remember, although not in order, how we treated those differnt from us. First it was the Indians, then the slaves, the Chinese, the Irish after the potatoe famine, regionally, also the Scotch, (I believe it was in the Appalacheans), then the North hated the South, and the South hated the North, then there was a time we hated the British, the French, (after the Viet War), We also didn't do too well with the Germans, and so forth...

Now it's all Muslims although, certainly, not all Muslims are hateful.

And so it goes. You bigots do not judge the individual.
