Ann Coulter is one of the worst "media personalities" of our time. She says random stuff just to get attention and of course, money. I've listened to a few of her speeches/interviews, and I've noticed that she has this act going on were she will say something off the wall, and then apologize and rearrange it after it's over. She's a joke, and she's not even funny.

I'm an Independent, and I know several other Independents that highly disapprove of her also.

Your post is the overall best one that I've read on this website in regards to this whole situation. I thank you for your intelligence in this matter. Everything you said was true and also the same way I feel, except for the attending the football games sentence. None the less, thank you.

EPD1979 you are a joke. You're probably a fake Christian. Yelling I LOVE JESUS can't change what's really in your heard and mind. Did you even read what I posted? IF you did that means that you confirmed that the people at this "rally" are fake Christians who love on Sunday, and hate the rest of the week. God doesn't just pay attention to your actions and beliefs on one day. I myself am a Christian, but I don't push my believes on others. Other religions don't push themselves on me either. This protest/uproar or whatever is a joke also, there are more important issues in this country that has been going down the tube for a LONG time. I did originally get off topic somewhat and went into the fake Christian spiel, but I like reminding people that there are too many fake Christians in the south.

Also who said anything about drinking beer being bad? I usually don't respond to people who TRY to bash me on this site, but your idiotic remarks are indeed really idiotic.

Yes for the record I am a UTC college graduate, however I'm not proud of the school. I can count the good professors that I've had there on two hands, ha.

Anyways these posts aren't about me, I'm just trying to open the minds, but that's hard to do in this backwards city.

There are too many fake Christians, especially in the south. These fake Christians go to church on Sunday and pretend to be holy, but turn around and become bigots as soon as they leave the church. Real Christians need to be heard and respected.

On another note, So if somebody is liberal that means they aren't Christian.... that's ridiculous. Why do people on this site always start liberal bashing in regards to everything?

I agree that the majority of the US doesn't take the south seriously because this region is filled with idiots. Listen to all these rural backwoods southerners, most of them can't speak correctly. Look at how the schools are performing compared to Northern schools, and the ones out West. Look at the high school drop outs rates, seriously high school is not hard, people are just too lazy down here in the ugly south.

Basically, the U.S. needs to get out of the Middle East and start ending these wars. It's obvious that the majority of the people over there don't want the U.S. pushing their agenda, beliefs, and etc onto them. Sit down and talk with their leaders and come to a conclusion. The U.S. needs to massively start investing in natural gas, wind, solar, and etc and stop relying on their resources…and hey that’s job creation too! We start pulling out now, and nobody really wins, that's way better then the U.S. just staying over there and losing slowly.

People in “power” need to ask would you like it if a mass force of another country came over here and walked through our towns on a normal basis, kicking in doors, dropping bombs. America needs to just stop trying to be a global "powerhouse."

Good cartoon, but I think….America should be the snake, and Afghanistan and Iraq should be something that the snake cannot swallow.

Several of my best friends are white and they don't like Obama because of his policies. I've never called them racist or even thought of them as racist because of this. So basically, I'm not saying if you disagree with Obama it means you are a racist.

I just want those that actually disagree with him because he's half black to actually say that's why they disagree with him and not try to cover it up with socialism this, and socialism that and etc. I've had several face to face conversations with random people who can't give me real reasons why they don't like Obama, but I have actually had a few that said it's because he's black.

Once again I'm not a liberal, so you close minded people can keep repeating that if you want to. I will no longer waste my time trying to explain something that's soo simple. Thank you to those that have open minds, we need more of you.

Great cartoon. This is what I think of when I think of the majority of these lame tea parties that don't even have tea. Like in the picture there is a minority of tea party protesters that don't have a racist agenda, but the majority of them do. Glen Beck is a clear cut racist idiot and a major factor behind these "movements" These people are jokes, but the joke is dying down. Hey Glen Beck and all you people like him, if you hate Obama because of his race, you're kind of hating yourself...he's half white!!

Face it people, there are people that are jealous of Obama and don't like it when they see a black person succeed, these people are in a minority in America, but they are here and you can see them at these tea parties. You can also find these extreme right wing idiots here in bigot city Chattanooga too, just look around, look in the mirror. I know some of you hate it when you see a young black person in a nice car, or nice house, or on campus. You automatically think he sold drugs, killed, or stole to get where he is. Yes black people can succeed and even be great leaders too, just look at the president. If you don't like it leave the US, that's what I would have done if McCain won.

Basically, if parents don't want their kids to view a speech about the importance of EDUCATION from the PRESIDENT of the UNITED STATES, then they should try to find some educated, open minded, REAL Christians(or whatever religion) parents to raise their kids. Then the parents themselves should leave the USA, that way our society will be better off, and their kids won't be subjected to their parents brainwashing them to be racist, bigots, extreme right wing, or whatever else the parents are themselves.
