How about some questions for the previous board on why none of the substantive organizational changes that were needed - and outlined in that 2009 consultants report taxpayers paid a mint for - were ever implemented? When will we start asking for some accountability and improvements? The library system is as awful as it was five years ago.
Is this board going to actually do anything about that $50,000 consultant report that says things need to change drastically? or will we be getting more of the same old, same old where the Old Library Guard makes sure everything stays as broken as it has been?
