Thank you for a great article. I had been considering purchasing a unit there, but after reading this article, I believe I'll pass.

Wow!!! I'm surprised they're not trying to spend money wooing Lufthansa to provide non-stop service to Germany. I mean, afterall, Chattanooga has the Volkswagen plant so we HAVE TO have service there, right?? Hahaha!! As for the "Get On Board" slogan, lame. You can't get on a train to take you from the airport to downtown. Heck, you can't even get on a CARTA bus at the airport. The new slogan should be "Chattanooga Airport, Welcome To Fantasy Island!!"

In officially taking the wraps off the terminal, Airport Authority Chairman Dan Jacobson called the facilities a new business front door for the city.

"This will be the first and last impression of the city and region," he said

It may be the first impression of the city and region, but if it's also the last impression of the city and region, then the city of Chattanooga has problems. Hopefully the city and region will make a lasting positive impression on those the city is trying to attract. I certainly don't believe a potential corporation will make its decision to locate here, and add jobs, based on a new building at the airport. We got the Volkswagen plant, Wacker, Amazon, and others before the new digs, and I'm sure we'll continue to get new companies here. Not because of a shiny new building, but because Chattanooga and the region have a lot to offer.

No surprise there!! Another epic fail by CMAA to attract and keep airline service in Chattanooga!!! I'm shocked that their advertisement $$$ to attract Chattanoogans to fly to Atlanta through Ft. Walton/Destin didn't work!!! (Yes, to be read with the utmost sarcasm.)

Hopefully this catches on to other restaurants, and will cut down on wrong or incomplete orders. It irritates me to go to a restaurant where the servers "remember" your order and don't write it down, only to have your order be wrong or incomplete.

I feel sorry for the children, but that's all. If the drugs don't kill you, then the dealers probably will! The ones that shot him will probably be he ones we are reading about being shot in tomorrow's paper!!! A thug's life is the quickest way to being buried 6ft under!!!

Yes, just what the area needs......ANOTHER luxury development. How about some resonable development that hard working people can actually afford without putting every last penny they have into it!!!!

I just hope Obama remembers his statement about private jet owners and users the next time he takes off on Air Fart 1!!! Because of corporate airplanes, I have a job that provides food for my family, a roof over my head, and tax dollars for all those receiving entitlement handouts. However, if you corporate aircraft loathers want them to go away because you aren't smart enough to have your own successful business or work for a company that doesn't use one, that's fine. I'll be glad to join the mooching, er, I mean entitlement class of people at the expense of others, and you can kiss my tax contribution good bye...apparently the Dems don't need my tax dollars, they'll just print more!!!!

That would take care of prison overcrowding!!!! Society doesn't need scum like this running around. He can't be reformed. He has anger management issues and obviously has no moral issues with killing someone. They should clean house with all of death row. Not any of this 20+ year waiting crap.

You would think that if there were a problem at the aquarium, more than one person would have gotten this so-called "disease!" Here's an idea, visit your own aquarium in Atlanta if all you are wanting to do is cause problems!!! Chattanooga doesn't need your $100 that bad, if it's going to cost the city $2.4+ mil. Looks like someone's trying to make a fast buck!!!
