I don't know exactly how old her kids are, but I do know that they were not in public school before or after she was elected in 2004.

"Community schools work better!" Everyone is upset that Jill Levine is being exclusive with here school and then talk about how community schools, i.e., exclusive schools work, citing NP as evidence. This makes no sense. Community schools work in communities that aren't run by a county wide school board. The reason everyone is fighting is because a Hamilton County is larger than a "community."

"...all children in the county are entitled to the same quality of education." Maybe you should try to enter the NPMM lottery or move to North Shore if you feel your childern are not getting a good education, and you, "have every right to send your children to private school."

"The magnet concept is not allowing is killing the school system, and not providing for the same quality of education to all students." So you believe that because a magnet school provides a higher quality education than other non-magnet schools it should be brought down to the level of other schools schools to be fair, as you obviously don't believe following the Normal Park model at other schools would result in the same success.

"If you look at the well known students from the school system they all come from traditional schools not this magnet junk"
If this magnet stuff is such junk, why is everyone so jealous of NPMM's success? If you think NPMM's success is only due to its "magic lottery" not allowing less privileged kids in, then you have pretty low expectations for those kids, even under the best of circumstances. By the way, I hope everyone is aware of the fact that Ronda Thurman sends her kids to private school.
