@rolando, I think you may have misread the article. The leaves are fine. Major pieces of civil infrastructure throughout the state have been destroyed, not to mention the homes. The photo chosen for the article was a remarkably poor choice. Look at this http://bit.ly/mXFrj9 and reconsider.
