1 in 4 homeless people in America are veterans. This, alone, should be proof of how much the government cares about the people who they send into war to fight for their agendas. I'm sorry for your frustrations and the VA's lack of compassion and/or resources.
Hey... I know a great start to staffing the new addition to the jail! Pass liquor by the drink! Seriously. Liquor, at least in Dalton, has two separate taxes. The 7% sales tax that is split between so many things that you have a hard time controlling what it is used for (mainly the state) and a 3% sales tax that goes straight to the city. Seems like a great place to start to me...

Well, GA is only one of three states that have Blue Laws concerning the sale of packaged beer, wine and spirits on Sunday. How about we start working on that loophole and making some extra tax revenue? "It just makes sense."
