The one thing that everyone is got to understand is there are hardship students all over the County. This can be proven real easy. They bus a large number of students to the Signal Mountain High School every day and all ot of them drive. This is approved by the Hamilton County Board of Education before they are allowed to even attend the School. Tim was approved to go to the school and the Signal Mountain High School had no say in it. The same way they are students from East Lake and Howard that go to school even to day and have for the past 5 to 6 years. This action is in every single school in the County!!!It is also called ( No Student Left Behind ). So what all the haters are saying is the following. The students can be forced or volunteer to go to other schools. But if they go to the other school, they are not allowed to participate in any school activities at all. But if you are home schooled and do not pay the school fees and or participate in any school activities, not under the rules of the school, no guidance of the teachers, you will be allowed to play sports for the school. Give me a break, something is wrong with this picture. This young man weather he wanted to play football or play in the band.If he goes to school there, he should be able to participate. All of this is controled by the Central Office of the Hamilton County Board of Education. If anyone should be punished it should be the School Board, not the young men who was just wanting to play a sport. This is going to be a momment or memmory that will last a life time in our children lifes. They are as well reading all the comments published in this site. If you don't believe me about the Hardship transfers check it and you'll find it is true.
