It is sad that this lady had to suffer the horrible injustice she did, but what is even worse there have been many more before her who have suffered similar injustice and didn't have the money to properly defend themselves and had to suffer the consequence at the hands of these Catoosa County Nazis, Catoosa County has been operating their crooked system under the radar screen far to long and I am so glad the media coverage of the Craft trial exposed it and also hope the voters of Catoosa County keep this fresh in their mind come election, and the first office in Catoosa County that needs to be cleaned out is all the career cops holding Magistrate positions in the Magistrates Office issuing Warrants on demand to their Law Enforcement buddies.

I am a 100% Red Blooded American and believe in the United States Constitution and Bill of Rights but to alow anyone the Legal right to have a gun in a bar or anyplace that serves alcohol is just plain STUPID, you don't put a gun in someones hand blown out of their mind and to try and justify it by saying it is ok if they don't drink is INSANE.

I have a son who is an alcoholic and he as any alcoholic is going to drink no matter what the consequence, GUNS IN ANY ESTABLISHMENT THAT SERVES ALCOHOL IS A RECIPE FOR DESASTER.

I am very much familiar with the Catoosa County Magistrate’s Office and have known the Magistrate for more than 20yrs. And also some of the assistant Magistrates, I don’t know Tonya Craft but I would bet my life this woman is as innocent as Jesus Christ was, and sad to say may suffer a similar injustice.

The Problem with Catoosa County is the Magistrate’s Office, it is completely run by past career Law enforcement with a cop mentality and there is no possible way they can be totally unbiased as they should be, the only thing the public has between them and Police abuse of power is a Magistrate because he is the one who writes the warrant’s, and a warrant should never be written until an affidavit is submitted and reviewed by the Magistrate to see if it complies with the Law as outlined in the Constitution of the United States and then oath taken from the applicant, but unfortunately law enforcement personnel are exempt from that procedure in Catoosa County, they are issued pretty much on demand to Law enforcement.

In my opinion this Craft trial should have never happened, it should have been stopped at the Magistrates Office.

They just had to praise the camera to brain wash the public in accepting more of their freedoms being taken away.
