The one quote sums it up from Griffith. "This is the first incident involving Tavis Green - this year" Good to know the bullying waited for a few weeks before it started up again.

Classic example of the retaliation getting the attention and not the action leading to the retaliation. I agree that a little justice like riding to school in a flashing police cruiser would be a suitable punishment for the bully. Maybe he'll call his mom about that too...

Why does the plant not have back-up power generation? Hospitals are required to have back-up power, even grocery stores in many areas of the country have back-up power. This is the second spill for Moccasin Bend in the past year, apart from the public health concern, we are destroying our natural resources and wildlife.

Sounds like a great idea. Why not charge $5 to park, but with store purchase of $20 (or whatever), free validation for parking? Not sure of how many parking spaces are available or if that would be a significant impact on the customers using the Superette.

Hope this can be worked out...

I have flown Allegiant Air many times and the service is excellent. It is a no frills way to travel, but if it saves me a few bucks not to have a bag of pretzels and soda, it is worth it. Chattanooga is fortunate to have this service.

To other landowners of Sequatchie Pointe, we invite you to our website and message forum for Sequatchie Pointe owners, created by Sequatchie Pointe owners Rick Washick and Jim Hesemann. The website can be found at Sequatchiepointe.net, and the message forum with the most current happenings and member to member discussion is linked off of the home page.

We keep the forum and website current with discussion from local Marion County officials as well as landowners either visiting or building in the area. We hope to see you there.

Wow, that is a stiff penalty. We're talking unexcused absences, not for illness, correct?

It would definitely be unmanageable for high school age students.
