the problem with the part B is that if you fail to apply for it when you turn 65 (like I did) you will be charged an INDEFINITE 10% penalty for each year you don't sign up..this was not explained to me when I signed up for social security.. OK so I can agree with a penalty but someone tell me why an INDEFINITE PENALTY..? I believe this is what will happen when people don't sign up for Obamacare on time either....
