Some people are just too stubborn to realize what God's calling is. Main street location is shut down, Holtzclaw location was a failed-test, and the welcome from Salvation Army was absolutely worn out.

They shot this man like he were a paper target in a shooting gallery. If that's all the training officers get, then that is what subjects get.

A complete waste of bullets, which the US Army calls foolishness.

The shooting in Walker County is a different jurisdiction in Georgia. I don't see how this can be related to Chattanooga, Hamilton County, TN.

There were TWO separate shootings in Chattanooga's jurisdiction -- not three.

I was a taxi driver for Yellow Cab in a large city. Our meters did have credit card swipes, however, we only accepted Visa and Master-card and Discover was not one of them. The college students in fraternities and sororities had a charge account with the cab company -- some with limitations just to get to the clubs and back to the house where they stayed.

Most if not all Taxi Drivers are independent contractors and can make exceptions to "cab company policy" and have a personal account and have a different arrangement with their fares, but this is not common practice.

I have given several rides that could not pay, but that got very old real fast and the taxi company wanted its' lease money. On several occasions I had the police come because I was not paid, and sometimes I took collateral on a promise for the student to pay, but normally someone else paid the fare because the student choose to depend on somebody to take care of them.

I recommend that an arrangement be made before not paying cab drivers, because they work very hard for their money and is likely not to respond politely when they find out they worked for free.

Chattanooga: Grand jury declines to indict Freeman

A Chattanooga police officer accused of shoving a Wal-Mart greeter to the ground on Christmas Eve 2008 will not face criminal charges.

A Hamilton County grand jury on Monday heard evidence of the incident but declined to indict Officer Kenneth Freeman, who faced possible assault charges after the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation became involved in the case.
Hamilton County Executive Assistant District Attorney Neal Pinkston confirmed Wednesday that the criminal case against Officer Freeman is closed but declined to comment further.

I SUGGEST THAT HE PAY ALL THE MONEY IN THE LAST LAWSUIT -- NOT JUST HALF OF IT. FIRE HIM AND TRY HIM IN CRIMINAL COURT.

The Dr. is very fortunate to be alive, because the femoral artery can lose enough blood in a minute or two to kill a person.

I hope they work things out.
