Please people. the outage lasted maybe an hour. its nt worth your time to call in, wait on hold, and ask for a credit for one hours worth of an outage. plus, most if not all cell companies will only offer a credit if the outage lasts for at least 24 hours.
and as far as determining the cause of the outage, there is a huge gap between the people you talk to on the phone and the engineers in the field who determine the cause of outages. it can take multiple hours before the engineers can communicate the cause to all of the customer service reps. its not as easy as clicking a few buttons. know what youre talking about before you jump on here and just talk crap.
