HiDef, you get over yourself. All the numbers reflected in the cartoon are actual players, and not all of the students were involved in the beer drinkin incident. Yep, I am mad as hell about portraying the entire team in this light for the actions of a few. Guess what, we are justified in this complaint, so you get over it.

Can anyone imagine the magnitude of public corruption if the sunshine law was abolished, as Commissioner Beck suggested? Yep, I would expect this from the local Dem Party. Afterall, their currnet membership includes Ward Cruthfield, famed Tennessee Waltzer. Previous members include former Sheriff Billy Long, Charles Love. With Commissioner Beck being a member of a local party that springs our more arrested public officials, nay nay Commsioner Beck, the public is keeping the sunshine laws.

Wrong, the jersy numbers match, not arbitary. This cartoon has the appearance of vengence.

Ramsey's term just began. This is essentially an entire term for County Mayor. To bad a special election cannot be held.

Fact check on Mayor Littlefield statements gets a "Spin" score. The TDEC stormwater MS4 regulations have always required a “first flush." This means the first inch of rainfall over a given area will be contained, because contaminates are the most concentrated in the first run off. Mayor Littlefield is clearly spinning the TDEC increase of the first flush to 1 inch as a measure that will have a significant impact on the state and federal government seeking fines from the city. Fact is, this regulation change has no impact on blatant noncompliance for a poorly run City program, because the fines for the City stormwater program are for administration noncompliance. After reading the Notice of Violations issued to the City from TDEC beginning in late 2004 to 2010, the fines are solely for the City’ failure to carry out sampling and reporting requirements. Mayor Littlefield ignored these notices from 2005 to 2010, and that is when the Department of Justice stepped in. Then of course, there are the sewer overflows that were preventable by simply purchasing a backup pump. Chattanooga is being fined by DOJ and TDEC for the stormwater programs because for failure to submit reports and perform water sampling. Of course, the EPA and TDEC were blamed by the Littlefield administration’s for the stormwater fee increases, not true. Get the facts. Go to the local TDEC offices on McCallie Ave. 634-5745 and ask to view the City of Chattanooga’s MS4 permit files and Notices of Violations and examine cause of fines. Mayor Littlefield works for us, and candor is not optional.

Vaugn and Cook, the Littleman is all about revenge and he lost on this one. Remember Littlefield testified and the jury did not find him credible. laugh and have a nice vacation or something.
