Let's pass a law where all land owners, family members, neighbors, and close friends of anyone convicted of ANY crime goes to prison twice as long as the person actually committing the crime does. If these people cannot find friends, families, or neighbors then they will be forced to leave the state. Its a bad idea but it will send a message "WE HAVE NO SMART PEOPLE IN OUR STATE!! MOVE ON!!
