Ki, in my various business ventures I work with and a number of African American women because they are smart, on time, and have terrific work ethic. This I can't figure out, most of them are church going and speak daily about their relationship with The Lord....have a blessed day, etc....yet they like gangster hip hop. What's up with that? You can't tell me that the hip hop culture does not create and endorse an atmosphere of violence against women.

Ki, your defense of hip hop is comical. I assume that you are female. Here is a hot hip hot lyric probably being played on the Chatt hip hop station right NOW...."I'm gonna knock that pussy out like fight night!" Ki, I'm sure you are soooooo proud of the black hip hop community for such a meaningful tune with such a POSITIVE impact for womankind and society as a whole.......NOT! I can't wait to see the JayZ and Beyoncé special on HBO this weekend! I'll bet Barry, Michelle and the girls are all gonna be watching. As Rick Ross would say.... "Just another day in the life of tha GD boss! Now dats my NIGGA!

The odd thing about all this is that a LOT of the "playas" in the hip hop industry claim to be Christians! Really? Rick Ross and Lil Wayne be goin to hell.....no doubt yo! Bang! bang! Drive by you be dead and you be in hell just like Biggie and Tu Pak! RIP in hell!

Does anyone know what corporate HR policies are regarding domestic violence? Example: So the wife and Joe Six Pack have a few drinks and get into an argument. This and that occurs and ole Joe shoves his wife into the wall whereupon she calls the police. Joe gets cuffed and jailed over night but since it's Friday night Joe is back to work on Monday. Should the police notify the employer and if so can the employer fire the employee or suspend him with unpaid leave? With all this NFL stuff it got me thinking about what legalities and HR issues Commissioner Goodell was having to work through. Since the issue occurred at home what can the employer do if the jerk is not missing work? How do unions handle this?

The big "elephant in the room" regarding the domestic violence issue is the negative and violent impact gangster rap/hip hop music is having on our black males particularly young black male football players that play sports, not just football Mr. Bennett. Remember, L.A. Lakers basketball star Kobe Bryant was arrested a few years back for rape later to be exonerated in court. Turn to the local Chatt hip hop station, FM 94.7 or Sirrius XM Satellite station Hip Hop Nation and you will hear the most vile lyrics depicting women as female dogs, using slang terms for female genitalia, and especially lyrics referring to what they want to do to women.....knock them out, furck them, you get the picture. If you tune to these radio stations make sure there are no small or even teenage children in the car because hip hop is nothing more than "porn for the ears".

I realize this is a freedom of expression/speech issue but you would think that someone in the media other than Fox News and Bill O'Reilly would speak out against this trash and how harmful it can be for a young male athlete to listen to such trash at practice, in the weight room, and on the way to the game. If you hear..."I'm gonna knock dat biatch out" enough you just might act upon it in a moment of anger and hopefully find yourself in jail. Again I ask....Where are our politicians, especially President Obama, a black male that could have such a positive impact on sending the message NOT to this trash yet he and his wife regularly associate with some of the worst hip hop artist offenders, JayZ and Fifty Cent. Finally, where is the mostly liberal media on the issue of violent and inappropriate lyrics in hip hop music? What is your opinion Mr. Bennett? Have YOU ever listened to Hip Hop Music for say 30 minutes? Try it, you will see what I mean.

The big "elephant in the room" that no one, including President Obama or Goodell wants to talk about is the influence gangster rap, aka hip hop music is having on our society and especially our young men. Next time you are in the car turn through your radio stations and find the local Chatt hip hop station of if you have Sirrius XM Satellite Radio tune your dial to Hip Hop Nation. You will hear the most vile, violent, lyrics especially about what they want to do to women....knock them out, the term for female dog is used regularly, as well as slang terms for female genitalia. You get the picture and if you have small or teenage children in the car you should NOT listen to these channels.

I know this is a freedom of expression/speech issue but hip hop is nothing more than "porn for your ears" and athletes, particularly black male high school, college, and professional football players are immersing themselves in the filth of hip hop at practice, in the weight room, and on the bus or jet heading to the game. When you hear " "I'm gonna slap that biatch crazy" enough you just might act upon it in a moment of anger and as it should have been for Ray Rice find yourself in jail.

What Zable said! Besides this arm Syria thing is just part of the elect Hillary campaign template. I'm more worried about what will be a fiasco.....Obama's Ebola initiative. Has Obama really done anything without political motives? Being a thug Chicago style politician is what he is best at and bringing Ebola to our shores to create a "crisis" that Hillary can leverage is right in line with the end justifies the means philosophy. Oh and the Democrats are not about helping the American people, they are about helping themselves! Alprova and Inquiring....the only reason ya'll are against our participation in eliminating ISIS is that you feel the money should be spent on increased domestic entitlements to support your lazy socialist utopia "Workers Paradise". Additionally, tell me about a time when dealing with terrorists like the Nazi's, Imperialist Japan, or Radical Islamic Terrorists where the "All We Are Saying Is Give Peace A Chance" program has worked. I think that tune was coined by John Lennon laying in bed with Yoko when he should have been in Vietnam with an M16! Typical limy coward. :)

Clay got another one right.

Alpo are you talking about that constipated, frumpy, Benghazi flag draped coffin speech, lying, demented, husband philandering, ho bag, Hillary Clinton. Not a chance. Hillary is ready for the nursing home not the White House! Biatch be way too old besides being a complete pretentious idiot.

Again, how can any real man vote for Hillary? She will get the over fifty, fat, frumpy, bitter female and lesbian vote that is about it except for gay men and denutted enviro victimized Marxists like Alpo and Rickaroo.

The big elephant in the room regarding spousal abuse in the NFL is the influence of hip hop rap music and culture on young men especially young black males. I know that most of you on this forum have never listened to the Sirius XM Satellite Radio station Hip Hop Nation or any of the local Chatt hip hop stations but I can tell you without a doubt the "music entertainment" if you can call it that has the most sexually explicit and violent lyrics against women that you can imagine yet on the Hip Hop Nation station most of the D.J.'s are female. One Sirius XM DJ, on in the morning from 8AM to 12 noon calls herself Nina Nine and plays newly released rap tunes calling the segment her "Gun Range" where callers call in and rate the absolute trash she just played. I realize this is a freedom of speech issue but the NFL should have the courage to step up and address vulgar, female objectifying hip hop rap music that is being blared on speakers in the players weight room, their dressing room, and in the stadiums. Of course our POTUS Barry The Welfare Pimp regularly has two of the highest profile and most vulgar hip hop stars, Fifty Cent and JayZ at the White House....go figure.
