I live in an "apartment" at Ridgemont. I use the term apartment loosely. It has been an uphill battle for the past four months to get management to fix ANYTHING. I have a window that free flows water inside when it rains, and management refuses to fix it. Thanks to them, I have a 300$ electric bill for a 700 square ft apartment. That is only one of many problems. Let's just say I can see why management will not allow the local government to inspect the apartments. They need to be condemned.
