My family has has traveled to Chattanooga for three times to watch the Championship football game. We wanted to say thankyou for such a great time and all the wonderful people. I will say however, that this past year we were disappointed with our stay at the Chattanoogan. They actually had the restaurant portion CLOSED for a private party, and had a negative attitude toward both Villanova and Montana fans. If the game is ever held in Chattanooga again, we look forward to visiting the city, but will NEVER stay at the Chattanoogan again. They need to get back to the customer service level they once had. Too many people spend far too much money to put up with the arrogant and rude attitude many of us were treated to. The Mariott, Pickles, and many others are simply the best, however. We also thought that the "greeters" at the airport upon departure were wonderful. Handing out candy canes and saying thank you were great. We hope to return to Chattanooga in the future.
