Don was taken by a senseless act. It is just incomprehensible why something like this had to happen. Accidents are one thing; an intentional cause is mindboggling. This person does not deserve any lieniency(sp?) and needs the "book" thrown at him. He has proven, by his history, that he does not deserve to live among decent people. Sad case indeed that needs to be treated as what is was, a deliberate, senseless act against an innocent person! RIP Don and condolences to his wife and family!
