rking, I am pleased to see an edjucated response. But, you still missed the point. There is no racist underhanded action. There was no mention of race, color, or any direction to that in my comments. If you assume, we all know that saying. Agreed the battle is being lost. For those who create the problem, whites, blacks, asian, italian, greek, I don't care. Know one is going to protect them from themselves. Be it East Chatt to North Chatt, to Sand Mtn, to the trailor parks to projects to gated communities, if that is where the problem lies. If those that do not attempt to help themselves but instead rely on a system that does not, and will not do it for them. The so be it. It will be. Unless, someone / everyone chooses to do something about it. For themselves, by themselves, for the community. I'll work with anyone that believs in solving the problem. Want your community to be better? Want your streets to be safe? Refuse the evil deeds. Refuse to take part in the problem. Attempt to help yourself. We've already established that the "cops" and "jogger" aren't going to do it for you. Do something for yourself. Get one of those Grants the Gov just gives away to you, use it.
