I'm sorry, but if the local boards can't figure out how to do something that parents want, that will save them money, and help the community, then the legislature should do it for them. They only have themselves to blame for this 'government intrusion'. As a parent I've been asking for this for 10 years, and apparently the only people listening are my legislators.
