How about all the towns and cities BELOW Chattanooga, don't they count??? There are People who live south and west of the city on the TN River that also need drinking water; and what about water activities such as boating, fishing, and swimming. Do you want your kids in that mess? Chattanooga is not the only city using this river - they (moccasin bend) need to be aware that just because it isn't affecting them, it's not OKAY!!!
